I've returned to Banff Park Lodge for 14 years, and it never disappoints! The views of the mountains are stunning, and the staff always go the extra mile, making each stay exceptional. While the hotel is ideally located for a quiet retreat just outside of town, I found some imperfections in the dining services that could be improved. Overall, it's a wonderful place, but guests might want to manage expectations around food service and options.
